Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Mr. Charlie Lee Wiggins, 58 of Decatur, Alabama.   Service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013, 12:00 Noon at Macedonia C. P. Church in America, The Reverend Benjamin Burt, officiating, interment will be at Bell P. B. Cemetery, Reynolds Funeral Home, directing.

Mr. Charlie Lee Wiggins was born March 20, 1955 to the late Allen Wiggins Sr. and Lillie Mae Fennell Wiggins in Morgan County, Alabama.  He was called into eternal rest on Sunday, July 28, 2013.  He was the thirteenth child born to the union.  Charlie was preceded in death by four brothers; Sam, James Simpson, Melvin and Theo and one sister; Hattie Mae.

He confessed hope in Christ at an early age at Springhill M. B. Church (presently El Shaddai Church Ministries) under the leadership of the Reverend Jessie Little.  He was baptized by his brother-in-law, the Reverend Elijah Gray Jr.  He was a faithful member of the Followers of Jesus Singers.

He was a product of West Morgan High School.  He lettered in football, basketball, and baseball.  He was a man of many talents, an excellent cook, and carpenter.

Charlie is survived by his loving mother; Lillie Mae Wiggins, one daughter; Farrah (Kelvin) Taylor, three brothers; Reverend Allen (Brenda) Wiggins, Jr., Eddie (Mary Helen) Wiggins, and James (Linda) Wiggins, five sisters; Minister Geneva (Reverend Elijah Jr.) Gray, Ellistine McDaniel, Eliza (Henry) Minor, Gloria (James) Wilkerson, and Mattie (Glenn) Cain and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
