Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Clara Orr will be held on Saturday, 12:00 Noon, July 23. 2016 at Providence M.B. Church, with Pastor Otis Dixon, officiating. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to the service. Inhumation will be at Hartselle Memory Gardens.

Sister Clara A. Orr was born on March 28, 1942 to the late Mr. John Addie and Mrs. Grace Jones in Morgan County, Alabama.  She departed this life on July 18, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She confessed hope in Christ at an early age and became a member of Providence M. B. Church, where she served on the usher board, Missionary Board and Mother’s Board.

She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, friend and faithful servant of God. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Bobbie Sharpley.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory: a loving and devoted husband of fifty-four years, James Orr; two sons, Lee Orr (Roschelle) and James Orr Jr. of Hartselle, AL; two daughters, Elizabeth Mason (Leroy) and Jo Anne Pointer (Paul) of Hartselle, AL; one sister, Juanita Pointer (Johnny Paul) of Hartselle, AL; six grandchildren, three step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Nephew and Friends. Flower Bearers will be Nieces and Friends.
