Graveside Service  for Mrs. Daisy Mae Taylor, 78 of Danville, Alabama will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Lindsey Cemetery in the Oakville, Community of Lawrence County, Alabama, with Pastor Equator Black, officiating. 

Daisy Mae Taylor was born March 9, 1938 to the late John and Mattie McDaniel Griffin.  She departed this life on August 12, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital-Decatur Campus. She professed Jesus Christ at an early age. She was united in holy matrimony to the late Judge Taylor and relocated to Houston, Texas.  They later returned to Danville, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one child, Charles Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memory: A special loving and devoted son and caregiver, Victor E. Taylor of Danville; three daughters, Carolyn Andrus, Connie Brown and Cassandra Harrison; a son, Curtis Taylor all of Houston, Texas;  a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
