Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy  the passing of Mr. Fostonia Jones, Sr. 71, of Cincinnati, OH (formerly of Decatur, AL). Mr. Jones passed on November 26, 2017, in Cincinnati, OH.

Fostonia Jones, Sr., was born on February 11, 1946, in Decatur, AL to Ezella Cole and Howard Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Herbert Jones of Chattanooga, TN.

Fostonia grew up in Decatur, AL where he attended Lakeside High School. After high school, he worked many jobs as a plumber, carpenter, electrician and landscaper.  

He loved sports and was a big Cincinnati Bengals fan. Fostonia married his childhood sweetheart, Wylodene  Bumpus and to this union six children were born. He was a hard working man that was loved by many.

Fostonia Jones, Sr., leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Fostonia Jones, Jr of Philadelphia, PA, Annette D. Jones of Decatur, AL, Stanley M. Jones of St. Louis, MS, Anthony Conyers of Cincinnati, OH, Doris Hall (Greg) of Birmingham, AL, Dirik Jones of Cincinnati, OH and Rodney Jones of Tanner, AL; two sisters, Doris Vivian Cole and Peggy Cole both of Cincinnati, OH; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
