Dear Shannon, I just received this news and I am so very sorry for your loss. I apologize for the delay in sending my family’s condolences. I have so many happy memories of you both when I was a little girl and they all bring a smile to my face and joy to my heart. My fondest memories of Tonya revolve around watching Michael Jackson videos when they aired on MTV when she was a student at UAB. We would alway race to see who could beat the other to the floor model TV in my parents living room. Of course she beat me because she would alway slide in like sliding into home base, lol. I am comforted in knowing that she is at peace now and her heart is at rest. I pray that God continues to shine his love and favor upon your family. I would love to catch up with you if you like. May each day continue to get brighter and brighter.
