A Celebration of Life for Mr. Tyrone Boyd, 46 of Moulton, AL. will be 1:00 PM, Friday at Byler Road Church of Christ and inhumation will follow in Moulton Memory Gardens. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral.  Public viewing will be Thursday from 12-7 at Reynolds Funeral Home. Mr. Boyd died Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital-Decatur General Campus.

Tyrone Maurice Boyd was born to Billy Ray Gholston, Sr. and the late Linda Pearl Boyd on August 28, 1969 in Decatur, Alabama. He departed this life on May 15, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital-Decatur General Campus.

He confessed his hope in Christ at an early age at Byler Road Church of Christ. He attended the Lawrence County School System, where he played basketball and graduated with the Class of 1987. He was employed with Universal Construction as a concrete finisher until he became disabled.  He was an avid Auburn fan.

He was preceded in death by his mother; brother, Anthony Boyd; brother-in-law, Terenza Topps; grandparents, Hattie and Luther Boyd, Elizabeth Walker and Willie B. Gholston.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Tyler Maurice Boyd of Moulton, Xavier Boyd of Russellville, AL, Casen Boyd of Ardmore, TN and Shae Mason of Knoxville, TN; father, Billy Ray Gholston, Sr, of Moulton; sisters, Balisa Boyd Topps, Destiny Gholston and Jadya Gholston all of Moulton; brothers, Timothy Boyd, Billy Ray Gholston, Jr., Jacob Gholston, Braxton Gholston and Isaac Boyd, all of Moulton; aunts, Lorene Hopkins, Irene (A.C.) Cox, Donna Freeman  and Lula Mae (Ricky) Baldwin of Moulton, and Rita McDaniel of Sheffield, AL; uncles, Donnie, Richard, Clyde, Billy Ray (Sonya), Cecil and James Keith Boyd, Posey Gholston and James Walker, Jr.; great aunts, Glennis Jackson, Daisy Pride and Nadine Lee of Moulton; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers and Flower Attendants will be family and friends.
