A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Beulah Mary Patton, 75 of Madison, Alabama will be 11:00 am, Monday, October 28, 2019 at Mt. Zion C.P.C.A. with the Reverend James O. Robinson officiating and inhumation in Oakland Cemetery. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral. Public viewing will be Sunday from 2-6 at Reynolds Funeral Home.
Mrs. Beulah Mary Patton was born on November 24, 1943 to the parents of Clifford Patton, Sr. and Nancy Patton in Mooresville, AL. She departed this life on October 23, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital.
She confessed hope in Christ at Little Star CPCA in Town Creek, AL. She was a faithful member of Little Star CPCA until she relocated to Brewton, AL. There she joined First Presbyterian Church. Upon returning home to Mooresville, AL, she became a member of Mt. Zion CPCA of Madison AL.
Mrs. Patton believed education was the key to her having a successful life. She was a proud member of the graduating Class of 1962 at Central High School in Courtland, AL. Later, earning her B.S. degree from Athens State College and a M.S. degree from Alabama A&M University, she taught for 15 years at Jefferson Davis Community College in Brewton, AL.
She was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a loving sister, Stella Logan of Madison ; a loving and devoted brother, Clifford Patton, Jr of Town Creek; a loving and dedicated nephew, Herbert Logan of Madison ; a life long friend, Mabel Davis of Decatur; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends.
