David Alan Gullatte

A Celebration of Life for Mr. David Alan Gullatte, 32 of Decatur, Alabama will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday at Macedonia C.P. Church in America and inhumation to follow in Decatur City Cemetery.  The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral.  Public viewing will be Tuesday from 10-7 at Reynolds Funeral Home.  

David Alan Gullatte was born on February 5, 1986 to David A. Gullatte and Era Key in Dayton, Ohio .  He departed this life of February 28, 2018 at his residence in Decatur, AL.

He was employed at Wayne Farms in Decatur, AL.

David was such a fun loving person that people enjoyed being around him. He loved his family and especially his fiancé who departed this life with him.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Horace and Patricia Daniels Gullatte, and Harvey Daniels.

David leaves to cherish his memory: his children, ShaDavia Gullatte, LaDavion Gullatte, David A. “Tres” Gullatte all of Decatur; his mother, Era Key (Roger Jones) of Athens; his father, David A.  Gullatte (Cheryl) of Decatur; sisters, Jerika Birdsong, Latwona Bailey of Decatur,  and Sevetta Gullatte of Dayton, OH; ten brothers, David J., Marcus, Michael and Demarcus Gullatte all of Dayton, OH, Robert P. Key, Antonio Key, Delyeonne Walton all of Decatur, ZaQuarious, Kerry and Cordaryl Turner all of Decatur; great-grandparent, Drue Daniels of Dacula, GA; aunts, Adrian Sims of Pittsburg, PA, Brenda Revera of Richmond, KY, Evelyn Sims, Dacula, GA, Clara Mason, Mary Lucas, Taricea Goldsmith, Kathy Nicholas (Mario) all of Decatur; uncles, James Gullatte and wife, Columbus, OH, Ernest, Cleveland and James Mason (Sonya) all of Decatur; one special cousin, Sally Hullett of Decatur; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
