Infant De'Marra Parker Obituary

A Celebration of Life for Infant De’Marra Jhene Parker, 6 months of Decatur will be 1:00 pm Saturday, August 17, 2019 at God’s Covenant Church with The Reverend Regina Willingham, pastor officiating.

Little De’Marra was born February 12, 2019 in Birmingham, AL to De’Borah Parker Drake and Jarvis Drake. She passed away on August 5, 2019 at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham. Although she lived such a short time, she impacted so many lives with her tenacious will and her lovable smile.

She is survived by: her parents; siblings, DaiJi Parker, DeShaunna Parker both of Decatur; grandparents, Deborah Parker of Decatur, Terry Parker of Ada, OK, Linda and Gregory Byers of Gurley and Jackie Drake of Huntsville; great-grandparents, Cornelia and Dwayne Jamison of Huntingdon, TN, Vivan Drake of Huntsville and Kathryn Byers of Gurley; nine aunts, nine uncles; god-parents, Tonya and Sonya Holtz of Toney and Kiara Carr of Decatur and a host of great-aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
