Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Mrs.. Marilyn McGuire Griffin, 46 of Decatur, AL.  Mrs. Griffin passed away January 3, 2018 at her residence.  A Celebration of LIfe will be noon, Monday at Macedonia C.P. Church with Bishop Elijah Gray, officiating and burial in Calvary Memorial Gardens.  The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral. Public viewing will be Saturday and Sunday from 2-6 at Reynolds Funeral Home.

Marilyn McGuire Griffin was born September 10, 1971 and departed this life on January 3, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Harvey; her stepfather, Bobby Cohn; and her sister, Jean Ashford.

She leaves to cherish her memory: three daughters, Paris L. McGuire, LaToria McGuire, MeKayla V. Burgess; six grandchildren, JaBraden Stennis,  JyArrius  Stennis, Kalaya Smith,

Kourtney Smith, Dakota McGuire, Bryson Burgess; her mother, Mary Lee Cohn; her sisters, Ethel Hood, Geraldine Goode, Eloise Allen, Addie Foster, Victoria Gray,  Phyllis McGuire Hampton; her brothers, Oneal Houston, Thomas McGuire, McKinley McGuire; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
