Marquita Bentford

A Celebration of LIfe for Marquita Bentford, 36 of Decatur, Alabama will be 3pm Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Reynolds Funeral Home Chapel.  Public viewing will be today, Sunday December 8 from 10am to 3pm at Reynolds Funeral Home.  Ms Bentford passed away on November 30, 2019 at the Decatur Morgan Hospital - Decatur Campus.

Marquita Lynette Bentford was born in Decatur, Alabama to Darrion Bell and Phyllis Bentford on August 20, 1983. She departed this life on November 30, 2019 at Decatur Morgan Hospital in Decatur, Alabama.

Marquita accepted Christ at an early age.

Marquita attended the Decatur City Schools.

Marquita was a homemaker and mother that was very social and enjoyed being around people. She really loved her family and her friends. She never met a stranger.

Marquita was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Marquita leaves to cherish her precious memory: her children, Alexus Bentford, Ranesha Bentford, Aaliyah Evans and J’Shon Bentford all of Decatur; her mother, Phyllis Bentford of Decatur; father, Darrion Bell of Decatur; her sister, Stephanie Rogers (Vance); her brothers, DeAngelo and Terrence Bentford all of Decatur; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
