Paul Howard Lampkin

Memorial Service for Mr. Paul Lampkin, 65 of Decatur will be noon Tuesday September 4th, 2018 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Decatur with Bro. David Mitchell officiating.  Public viewing will be from 4pm to 7pm on Monday September 3, 2018 at Reynolds Funeral Home. Private interment will be in Campground Cemetery.

Mr. Paul Lampkin was born September 28, 1952 in Morgan County Alabama to Lewis Lampkin, Jr. and Foree Sharpley Lampkin.  Mr. Lampkin transition from this life on Friday, August 31, 2018 at the Parkway Campus of Decatur Morgan Hospital.

At nine months old, Paul developed Polio and was physically handicapped.  He was loved by his family and friends and will be missed.

Mr. Lampkin was preceded in death by his parents; a brothers, John “Honk” Doyle , William ‘Rit” Lampkin; sister, Carolyn Lampkin Muhammad (Tip); Grandparents, Lewis Lampkin, Sr., Madgie Lampkin, Thurman Sharpley, and Samella Sharpley.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his brother, James (Trulla) Lampkin of  Decatur; sister, Sharon (Dwayne) Hunter, Marietta, GA; loving aunts, Christine Allen, Bobbie Smith, Syronda Smith; nieces and nephews, Clyde Lampkin, Sherrie Lampkin, Janice Williams-Smith, Jamar Muhammad, Calvin Muhammad Jr., Ashley Townsend, Angela Orr, Kimberly Davis, April Johnson Lampkin, Jeffrey Lampkin, Denise Chatman Clopton, Rodney Lampkin, William Tyrone Lampkin, William Tyrone Campbell, Tomika Lampkin, Carolyn Morris, Michael Morris, James Morris and Jacklin Morris; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Calvin Jr. and Jamar Muhammad, Rodney and William Tyrone Lampkin, Willam Tyrone Campbell and Courtney Smith..
