Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy the passing of the Reverend Allen Wiggins, 79 of Decatur, AL.  Rev. Allen passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at River City Center.  A Celebration of Life will be noon Monday, November 6, 2017 at Bell P.B. Church with Bishop Elijah Gray officiating and inhumation to follow in Minor Hill Cemetery.  The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral.  Public viewing will be Saturday from 12-6 and Sunday from 2-6 at Reynolds Funeral Home.
