Sharonda Lashay Bouldin

A Celebration of Life  for Ms. Sharonda Lashay Bouldin, 27 of Decatur, Alabama will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday at Macedonia C.P. Church in America and inhumation to follow in Decatur City Cemetery.  The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral. 

Sharonda LaShay Bouldin was born on August 14, 1990 to Linda Bouldin Roberts the late Ronald Finkley of Decatur, Alabama. She departed this life on February 28, 2018 at her residence.

She accepted Christ at an early age.

Sharonda attended school in Decatur, Alabama, graduating from Decatur High School in 2008. Her employment included Jack’s Hamburgers and Walmart Neighborhood Market. She was the owner of Handpicked Baskets and Balloons.  She was a very caring and loving person, who never met a stranger. She loved her family and especially her fiancé who departed this life with her.

She was preceded in death by her father; and grandmother, Mrs. Tempie Bouldin.

Her survivors include: children, ShaDavia Gullatte, LaDavion Gullatte and David A. “Tres” Gullatte all of Decatur; her loving mother, Linda Bouldin Roberts (Charles) of Decatur; grandmother, Gloria Russell of Decatur; grandfather, William Swope of Decatur; six sisters, Deidra, LaTaya, LaQuesha, Erica, Jerico, all of Decatur, and Nakia of Hartselle; two brothers, Quinton, of Mobile, AL and Ron, of Athens; nine aunts, Teresa Harris (Theodore), Loutecia Pickett, Lottie Tucker, Willie Swoopes (Oneal), Esther McLin, Eliza Metcalf (Eric) all of Decatur, Maxine Williams of Kentucky, Betty Driskell and Gail Driskell of Decatur and Carolyn Evans (James) of Decatur; four uncles, Clarence Bouldin and Clyde Bouldin (Melissa) of Decatur, Kenny Driskell and Willie Driskell both of Decatur; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
