Mr. William “Billy “ Franklin Moore, 62 of Decatur, AL died at his residence peacefully surrounded by his family on June 14, 2019. He was born in Elizabethtown, KY on September 10, 1956 to William Bertle Moore Jr. and Dorothy Rainey Moore.

He was a retired auto mechanic and could fix anything. Billy was a well-known neighbor and friend.

He is survived by: his wife of 33 years, Regena Breeding Moore; one son, J.R. Moore; and a plethora of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, in-laws, friends and neighbors.

At Billy’s request his Cremains will be scattered in Kentucky and a private memorial celebration will be held at a later date.
