Alf Owens Jr.

Funeral Service for of Mr. Alf Owens, Jr.,60 of Decatur, Alabama will be noon Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Freeman Tabernacle M.B Church with the Rev. Kenneth Owens and the Rev. Timothy Perryman officiating. Inhumation will follow in Roselawn Garden of Memory. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to viewing. Public viewing will be Monday from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. 
 
Alfred Owens Jr was born in Moulton Alabama on December 11, 1962 to the late Alfred Owens Sr. and the late Bessie Mae Owens.  On February 15th, 2023, God called him home at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age at Freeman Tabernacle Baptist Church. 

He was preceded in death by: his mother, Bessie Mae Owens, father,  Alfred Owens Sr. and his son, Alfonso Edwards. 

Alf leaves to cherish his precious memory: four children, Zachariah Fletcher of Moulton, AL, Quanecia (Jason) Graham of Florence, AL, Tiara ( Bradon) Anderson of Killen, AL, Alfreda Hill of Buffalo NY; nine grandchildren, Izayah, Azariah and Haizen Fletcher, Hartselle, AL, Kadence Rolston, Bryce, Tatum, Saylor Ryan Graham of Florence, AL, Camaria Moore of Killen, AL and Ava Brown of Buffalo NY; two sisters, Sharlon Owens of Moulton, AL, Mary Ann ( Wade) Woods of Decatur, AL one aunt, Ronnie McKelvy of Moulton, AL;  one niece Joanna Woods of Athens, AL; two nephews, Ronald and Ronnie Aldridge both of Moulton, AL; special family members, Brandee Robinson, Brittany and Brandon Edwards and host of cousins and friends.
