Billie Scruggs Obituary

A Celebration of Life will be 1:30 pm Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Garner Memorial C.M.E. Church with the Reverend Dentise Copeland officiating. Inhumation will follow in Sterrs Cemetery. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral.

Public viewing will be Saturday from noon to 5:00 pm and the family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Reynolds Funeral Home.

Mrs. Billie Dean Weams Scruggs, 94 of Decatur, Alabama. Mrs. Scruggs transitioned March 15, 2025 at her residence.
