Carl Dean Hood

A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Carl Dean Hood, 59 of Decatur, Alabama will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, 12 Noon, at Reynolds Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with the Reverend Steven Irons officiating and public viewing on Tuesday, from 1:00 pm - 6:00 p.m.

Carl Dean Hood was born on July 29, 1961 in Chicago, IL to John Hood and Josephine Booker. He departed this life on March 28, 2021 in Hartselle, Alabama.
 

Carl was a mechanic and a handyman that could fix anything.  He lived life to the fullest and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ralph Hood and a daughter, Shadiya Weeks. 

He leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Jeanette Nicole Campbell, Christopher Edwin Campbell, Elroy Dewayne Campbell and Tasha Weeks; an aunt, Celestine Floyd; nine grandchildren; siblings, John Hood Jr., Donald Hood, Debbie (Timmy) Anthony and Linda Floyd; and a  host of other relatives and friends.
