Deborah A. Head

Memorial Service for Ms. Deborah A. Head, 62 of Decatur, Alabama will be 11:00 am Monday at Reynolds Funeral Home.

Deborah Ann Head was born in Chattanooga, TN on December 1, 1958 to Gladys Powell Allen and the late Thessalonia Head. She departed this life August 24, 2021 in Decatur AL.

Deborah graduated from  Madison Heights High School in Anderson, IN in 1976 where she excelled and was a straight A student which allowed her to graduate a year early, because of her outstanding grades.

Deborah joined St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Jerry Baker where she was a faithful member. She was  a loving, kind-hearted person that enjoyed people and was a dear friend to all that knew her.  She adored her three sons: Raynard, Reginald and Tavvon. She loved playing bingo and playing cards.

Deborah was preceded in death by her father; and her son, Reginal Head.

She is survived by: her mother, Gladys Allen; two sons, Raynard Head and Tavon Houston; sisters, Jessie Mae Foy and Akeisha Head; three brothers, Michael Head, Curtis Head and Terance Head; nieces, Malitia Head, Kenyan Head, Mekeba  Head, Tatnenta Head  and Kanisha Head; nephews, Malik Head, Roderick Warner, Kurtis Head and Terence Mitchell; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
