Funeral Service for Mrs. Delores Fowler,78, of Decatur, Alabama will be 1:30PM Sunday at United Pentecostal Jubilee House of Prayer with Bishop T.D. Strong officiating. Inhumation will follow in Decatur City Cemetery. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Saturday from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. Ms. Fowler transitioned October 16, 2023, in Huntsville, Alabama.
