Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Gretchen Carter, 48, of Decatur, AL will be noon Wednesday April 8, 2026, at United Pentecostal Jubilee House of Prayer with Bishop Thomas D. Strong officiating. Ms. Carter will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Sterrs cemetery.

Public viewing will be Tuesday April 7, 2026, from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home.
