A Celebration of Life Mrs. Gurnicese "Little Red" S. Warren, 78 of Moulton, Alabama will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Freeman Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church with the Reverend Timothy Perryman officiating and inhumation in Moulton Memory Gardens. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral. Public viewing will be Monday from 2:00 pm till 6:00 pm at Reynolds Funeral Home.
Life began for Gurnicese Steele Warren on February 20, 1943 in Lawrence County, Alabama. She was one of a set of twins born to the late Josephine Steele and Warlee Alexander. She departed this life on June 10, 2021 at her home in Moulton, Alabama surrounded by her family and loved ones.
Mrs. Warren confessed her hope in Christ and joined Freeman Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and caregiver for many years.
Mrs. Warren was married to the late Mervin Warren, Sr. and to this union four children were born. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her twin brother, Gurnice Steele.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two daughters, Connie Warren and Felecia Warren; two sons, Patrick Warren and Mervin Warren, Jr. all of Mouton; two granddaughters, Dominic Warren and Amberley Warren; four great-grandchildren, Jayden Orr, Marcus McCroskey, Jr., Saige Warren and Jaxson McCroskey; two brothers, Wilbur Steele and Nathaniel Alexander; one sister, Debra Alexander; two special nephews, Wilbur Steele, Jr., and Brandon Owens; one special niece, Beverly Woods; three special friends, Lela Reeves, Gloria Taylor and Sheneka Wiggins; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends;
