James Henry Groves

A Celebration of Life for Mr. James Henry Groves, 53. of Decatur, Alabama will be 2:00PM August 16, 2023, at Wesley Acres Retirement Home.

Mr. James Henry Groves, 53 of Decatur, Alabama was born in Nashville, Tennessee to Moses and Mary Groves on September 7, 1969. Mr. Groves transitioned on July 25, 2023 at the Decatur General Campus of Decatur Morgan Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Groves is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Jean Marlowe Groves of Decatur and son, Chandler James Groves of Chicago, Illinois.

A Memorial Service is pending and will be announced later.
