Graveside Service for Mr. Kendrick Rashad Echols, 32 of Somerville will be 11:30AM Friday, September 2, 2022 at Moulton Memory Gardens with Bro. Barry Brackins officiating. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Thursday from 1:00PM until 5:30PM at Reynolds Funeral Home.
Brother Kendrick Rashad Echols age 32, of Somerville, AL, departed this life on Thursday, August 25, 2022. He was born August 9, 1990, and is the loving son of Patrick (Marion) Echols of Moulton, AL, and Tracey (Ardie) Orr of Frankenmuth, MI
Kendrick accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Trinity, AL. He began his educational journey in the Decatur City School system, and continued his general studies in the Lawrence County School System. During his youth, he enjoyed playing flag football and spending time with his family and friends.
Kendrick was preceded in death by his son, Tevin Rashad Echols; maternal grandmother, Bernice Brown; and his Uncles, Christopher Echols and Stephon “King” Cross.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving parents, Patrick (Marion) Echols, and Tracey Cross (Ardie) Orr; one daughter, Kalia Roberson; his brothers, Donte Swoopes, Cornelius Echols, Christian Echols, and Nikko Stover; his sisters, Nettie (Michael) Washington and Amberly (Wyatt) Adair; maternal grandmother Geneva Woods; maternal grandfather, Joe (Geraldine) Brown; paternal grandparents Lucion and Hayzett Echols; his uncles, Demetries (Janice) Echols, Brian (Sandy) Woods, Terry (Shailan) Woods, Chris (Shequita) Rogers, and Sean Woods; his aunts Stephanie (Wallace) Mims, Raquel (Joseph) Ingram, Joanna Brown, Kanilla Brown, Patrice Woods, and Jody Woods; his special friend, Jeanette Foster and five step-daughters; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
