Lawrence Henry (Pee-Wee) Green

Graveside Service for Mr. Lawrence "Pee-Wee" Henry Green 69, of Decatur, Alabama will be noon, Friday at Sterrs Cemetery. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Thursday from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. 

Lawrence Henry “Pee Wee” passed away December 17, 2023 at his residence.  He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on December 1, 1954 to Joe and Pearlene Green.  He attended West Morgan High School .

He was preceded in death by his father Joe Green, mother Pearlene Green, and brother Earl Green.

Lawrence is survived by: six children, Andreta Green, Andrea Stovall ( Fredrick) Nicholas Kennedy (Shamekia), Cortes Randolph, Brittney Green, and Quentin Green; 13 grandchildren, Rahson, Labrea, Gabrielle, Frandrica, Frederick Jr., Amarion, Malik, Malearia, Malarry, Malial, Cortez Jr, Khilan, and Kayshawn Jr; two great grandchildren, Hazekih and Amina; brother,  Andrew Green; sister, Angela Harris and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  

Lawrence was a long time resident of Decatur, Alabama and everyone knew he enjoyed life to the fullest. His favorite things were spending time with his family and friends, entertaining others, and having a good laugh.
