Linda Dianne Davis

Graveside service celebrating the life of Ms. Linda Davis, 71 of Oxford, OH and formerly of Landersville, AL. will be 11:00 am Thursday at Landersville Cemetery with the Reverend Edward Franklin officiating. Public viewing will be Wednesday from 2;00 pm till 6:00 pm at Reynolds Funeral Home. Ms. Davis passed away at Oxford Healthcare Nursing Home on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. 

Linda Dianne Davis was the oldest of five siblings born to the late Henry and Adaline Davis June 17, 1950 in Russellville, AL.  She departed this earthly life on July 13, 2021 at the Oxford Health Care Center in Oxford, OH.

Linda accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Town  Creek No 1 M. B. Church.

Linda was a 1969 graduate of Moulton High School. Shortly after graduation, Linda move to Oxford, OH.

She retired from the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System after over 31 years of service. After retirement, Linda was a voluntary worker at the Oxford Senior Center in Oxford until her health began to fail.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Adaline Davis.

Those that will forever cherish her memory are: brothers, Kenneth (Gloria) Davis and Donald (Emma) Davis of Decatur; sisters, Jennifer Turney of Landersville, AL and Pamela Davis of Moulton, AL; an aunt, Mildred Smith of Madison, AL. Her memory is cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
