Mable Keith Obituary

A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Mable Keith will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018, 1:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Brother Alton Williams officiating. Public viewing will be Thursday, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Mable Keith was born to the late George Keith, Jr. and Christine Horton Keith on October 18, 1950 in Madison, Alabama. She departed this life on August 4, 2018 at the Madison Hospital in Madison, Alabama.

She was a 1970 graduate of Sparkman High School in Madison, AL. Mable was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Decatur, AL.

Mable loved people; talking and cooking. She never met a stranger. She had a special love for her dog Bosco. She worked as an operator in manufacturing and a skilled nursing assistant for Home Health Care.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William Houston, John Jones, Billy Fletcher, David L. Keith and Jack W. Smith; and sisters, Bonnie Horton and Dorothy Sales.

Mable leaves to cherish her loving memory: sisters, Virginia Jones of Madison, AL, Georgia M. Hewlett of Huntsville, AL; brothers, Ronnie Horton (Joyce) of Huntsville, AL, Ernest Smith (Victoria) and James D. Smith both of Cincinnati, OH; one sister-in-law, Sarah Fletcher of Birmingham, AL; and other relatives and many friends.
