Nancy (Cooper) Jackson

Graveside services for Mrs. Nancy Cooper Jackson, 82 of Town Creek, Alabama will be 11:00AM Wednesday at Landersville Cemetery. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Tuesday from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home.

On June 1, 2023 at her residence in Town Creek, Alabama, God called his beloved daughter, Nancy Cooper Jackson home. She was born on January 1, 1941 to Iva D. Hubbard and Price McCord in Lawrence County. She was raised by the late Sammie and Carrie Cooper.

She confessed Christ at an early age and was a member at Town Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Landersville, Alabama. Nancy loved the Lord and was faithful until her health began to fail . She was a hard-worker and a devoted wife, mother,  grandmother and great grandmother.

Her dear family members that preceded her in death were: her beloved parents, grandparents; her brother, Truman Hubbard; her sister, Etna Hubbard; husband, Jessie Clarke Jackson; son, Anthony M. Jackson 

She leaves to cherish her memory: one child, Cynthia Denise Jackson: grandchildren, devoted granddaughter Tanisha (Charles) Young, Maria (Breanna) Busch and Shane (Yvonne) Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Alicia Jackson and Jessica Jackson; her sisters, Lucille McGuire, Clara B. McCullough and Carrie L Reynolds; sister-in-law, Virginia Hubbard and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
