Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Mr. Richard Jewell Hopkins Jr., 55 of Decatur, Alabama. Mr. Hopkins transitioned on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Richard Hopkins, born May 6th, 1966, passed peacefully beside his wife, Candy, and his sons, Taylor and Avery. A wonderful husband, a terrific dad, a great friend, and a beautiful soul. He will be greatly missed.
