Stella Irene (Patton) Logan

Funeral Service for Mrs. Stella Patton Logan, 84 of Madison, Alabama will be 10:00 AM Friday at Mt. Zion CP Church in America with Elder James Robinson officiating. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Thursday from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Stella Patton Logan was born on April 8, 1939 to Clifford and Nancy Patton in Limestone County, Alabama. She transitioned peacefully surrounded by family on August 19, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital. 

Stella was married to Herbert Logan. Stella confessed hope in Christ at an early age and was a member of Mt. Zion CP Church in America.  She attended college at Calhoun where she received her Registered Nursing Degree. She enjoyed attending her church, singing in the choir, cooking, and teaching Sunday school.

Stella was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Marguerite Jones, Beulah Patton, Bessie Hobbs, and Elease Short; her brothers, Frederick Hobbs, Thomas Hobbs, Jerry, Hobbs, Robert Hobbs, and Claude Patton.

Stella leaves to cherish her memory; three daughters, Cliffonia O’Neal, Joyce Logan, and Mary Logan; two sons, Herbert E. Logan and Thomas Logan; seven grandchildren, Kendra O’Neal, Khrystina O’Neal, Antoine Logan, Micah Logan, Jamel Jones, Jabari Jones, and Kamron Sanders; one great grandchild, Trinity O’Neal; one brother, Clifford Patton, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other dear relatives and friends.
