Mr. Smith will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Monday November 24, 2025, from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. Mr. Smith transitioned November 19, 2025 at Decatur Morgan Hospital-DGH Campus.
