Funeral Service for Mrs. Vergie Byrd, 85, of Decatur, AL. will be 11:00AM Friday in Reynolds Funeral Home Chapel. Inhumation will follow in Sterrs Cemetery. Mrs. Byrd will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Thursday from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. Mrs. Byrd transitioned September 19, 2025 at her residence.
