Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Mr. Victor Tyronne McGregor, 54 of Hartselle AL. Mr. McGregor died December 4, 2018 at his residence. A Celebration of Life will be 11:00am Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with Reynolds Funeral Home directing. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral at Hartselle Heritage. Inhumation will follow in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Victor Tyronne McGregor was born on May 23, 1964 to Glenda Strayhand McGregor and Floyd Leon McGregor, Jr. in Hartselle, AL. He departed this life on December 4, 2018.
He graduated from Hartselle High School with numerous accolades for his football talents.
He was a member at Mount Pleasant Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, serving in numerous capacities as a trustee, a member of the Usher Board, and a recipient of the “The Faithfulness Award” for his dedication to the church.
He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing and hunting. He also was a proud gardener who gave the fruits of his labor to everyone in the community. One of his greatest joys in life was watching Alabama football and spending time with his grandchildren.
He leaves behind his mother: Glenda McGregor (special friend-Fredric Cummings); two children: Precious McGregor-Wiltz (Cramin), Kevin Baker; three grandchildren: Whitney, Peter, and Winston; one uncle: David Warren (Ivonne); aunts: Peggy McGregor, Deborah McGregor, Patricia Fullard (Jasper), Jennie Orr (Ponester), Ann Hudson, Sirlena Gooden (Clarence), Norma Strayhand (James, deceased) and an abundance of cousins and friends.
