A Celebration of Life for Mr. Victor Mitchell Sr. 51, of Decatur, Alabama will be 3:00PM Friday in Reynolds Funeral Home Chapel. The body will lie in repose hour to service. Public viewing will be Thursday from 2:00PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. Mr. Mitchell transitioned May 19, 2023 at Hospice Family Care. In lieu of flowers, please send your charitable donation to Reynolds Funeral Home.
