Mr. Willie Ray (Sweet-pea) Sharpley Jr., 50 of Nashville, TN transitioned on November 22, 2022 at TriStar Sothern Hills Medical Center in Nashville. He was born on December 27, 1971 in Hartselle Alabama to the late Willie Ray Sharpley Sr and Bobbie Addie-Sharpley. Sweet-pea from a child into his twenties was into baseball, truck clubs, fishing and family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Thurman ( Sam Ellen) Sharpley, John Addie, Grace Jones, and a brother, Timothy Griffin.
He leaves to cherish in his loving memory: A loving and devoted wife of eleven years, Cherrie Underwood Sharpley; three sons, Spencer Sharpley of Morgan County,AL, Nave Sharpley of Florida and Reece Underwood of Nashville,TN; two daughters, Ebby Sharpley of Nashville TN, Baylee Sharpley of Town Creek AL; one granddaughter, Jordan Sharpley of Town Creek, AL; one sister, Merisa (Clarence) Holmes of Decatur, AL and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A private service will be held by the family.
