Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Garth who passed away on December 1, 2016, will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016, 12:00 Noon at True Apostolic Community Church in Decatur, Alabama, with Associate Minister Lela Reed, Officiating and  burial in Sterrs Cemetery. Public viewing will be Wednesday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
