Judy, I still remember the first time you introduced Claborn to Charles and me. He was fun loving, down to earth and a joy to be around. He always met me with a smile and a positive thought. I can still hear his exuberant laugh and fast talking. He could keep you entertained for hours. He enjoyed studying and sharing the word of God and we had many "lively" discussions about the bible. At one time, I thought he would become a preacher, but that wasn't God's will. He and Charles bonded by sharing war stories about Vietnam which only veterans can understand.
As Claborn's earthly journey ends, may you and the children treasure his sweet memories and may they always outweigh the sorrow. Love, your sister and brother-in-law, Edwina and Charles.
