"Dutchie" is gone, release her, let her go
She has so many things to see and do.
You must not tie yourself to her with tears
Be happy that y'all had so many years .She gave you love,
you can only guess, how much you gave her in happiness.
She thanks you for the love each have shown,
but now it is time that she travel alone.
So grieve awhile for her, if grieve you must,
then let your grief be comforted by trust
It is only for a while that you must part
so bless those memories within your heart.
She will not be far away, for life goes on.
so if you need her, call and she will come.
Though you cannot see or touch her, she will be near
And if you listen with your heart, you will hear
All of her love around you, soft and clear.
Then when you must come this way alone,
Don't cry because she's gone.
Sing because she live and touched many lives
She will greet you with a smile and “Welcome Hom
