"Minnie Lee" That is what I called her as a little girl.
I loved her deeply and will miss my aunt very much. When I was in elementary school, Minnie allowed me to hang out with her during the summer at Alabama A & M. It was one the coolest experiences for a 9/10 year old. I got a chance to see the bandroom, the choir room, uniforms, different college classrooms, etc. She even asked Mr. Wesley to teach me how to play the clarinet.
Music was not my gift but Minnie Lee was a gift to me. I cherish those times and many more.
Praying for the family during this time.
