Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Fannie Mae Pointer, 69, of Decatur, Alabama, will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 11:00 am at Reynolds Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with Bishop Cary Orr, Officiating and interment in Calvary Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be Wednesday, December 7, 2016, 2:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Fannie Mae Pointer was born on November 4, 1947, to the late Robert and Jimella Mitchell Pointer.  She departed this life on December 5, 2016.

She attended schools in Hillsboro, Alabama.  She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptize at Jerusalem P.B. Church.  She was a homemaker and a very fun-loving person.

She leaves to cherish her memory: three sisters, Bertha Lee Bynum (Chris), Debra Diann Carter and Shirley Ann Robinson (Robert) all of Decatur; four brothers, John Pointer (Gladys), Edward James Pointer and Jessie Lewis Williams (Betty) of Decatur, and Eddie Lee Pointer of Louisville, KY; and a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends that she made while at Wesley Acres.

Pallbearers and Flower Bearers will be family and friends.
